Research on Control System of Belt Conveyor Hydraulic Auto Take-up 大型带式输送机液压自动拉紧装置控制系统研究
In the dynamic equation both the viscoelasticity properties of belt, the run resistance, the inertia force of take-up, the belt's elastic modulus influented by the deflection of belt and the initial stress have been considered. 所建立模型的动力学方程不仅考虑了输送带的粘弹性力学性质、运行阻力、张紧装置的惯性力和输送带挠度变化下的弹性模量,同时也考虑了输送带初始张力的影响。
The kinetic model of starting and stopping processes is established to study on the dynamic design question of the large belt conveyor. The resistance action is comprehensively considered the belt is visco elastic and the take-up pull has two freedoms in the kinetic model. 针对大型带式输送机动态设计问题,建立了起动和停机过程的动力学模型,其特点是综合考虑了阻力的作用、输送带为粘弹性、拉紧装置分为2自由度。
In this paper, the dynamic force and displacement of belt is analysed when conveyor take-up ( automatic and fixed) requlates belt force, and the breakdown born of it is discussed. 分析了胶带运输机拉紧装置(自动式和固定式)在调整胶带张力时所产生的动负荷及位移,讨论了由此产生故障的原因。
